"Jurisprudence" is an ELSA Georgia brand project, which is distinguished by its magnanimity in Georgia. His first edition was made in 2008. Since then, this project enjoys students' special interest. It is noteworthy that not only students of the law faculty but also students of any other course - juror may participate.
The project aims to enhance professional skills, material-legal and processual-legal knowledge in students, realization of theoretical knowledge in practice.
Students of any faculty of Bachelor's, Master's and Doctorate programs of private and public higher education institutions of Georgia can participate in the project.
The team must be composed of three participants who have studied or are now examining the norms of the Criminal Procedure Code.
Those willing to participate should fill the application form, including 31 October (23:59 pm).

Based on the application, the selected teams will go through the interview stage, which will result in 8 teams participating in the project (4 teams as the prosecution side and 4 teams as the defense side)
Students who wish to participate in the project as a juror will have to fill in the application form including October 29.

All jurors can take part in jury competition regardless of profession and qualification.
The selected candidates will be trained before the beginning of the oral rounds, which will be conducted by the applicants and prosecutors.
The moot trial will be held at Tbilisi City Court and Supreme Court of Georgia.
Participants in mock trial will be evaluated by qualified lawyers and acting judges based on a preliminary assessment system. The final round will be the winner of the 1 team (prosecution or defense side), jury verdict and judges evaluation. The winner team will be given legal literature and other prizes.
Each member of the project participating teams will receive the certification certificate and legal literature.
