Due to the great interest expressed by the participants in 2017 and the importance of such a measure, the project has become an annual character and a form of tradition has been laid. "Competition for mock trial in corporation law II - 2018" is a year-long project that has been created in conjunction with existing experiences and new ideas.
Therefore, the competition is held for the second time this year and it is possible to take part in all the accredited higher education institutions throughout the country for the undergraduate and master students of the Law Faculty. The team willing to participate in the competition shall consist of at least 2 and not more than 4 members. All members of the team must be a student of the higher education institution (undergraduate or master's level), which is the team.
The person who is a member of the Georgian Bar Association is not entitled to participate in the competition.
In the oral hearing stage 8 teams with the best written position will move.
Project implementation deadlines:
Registration of participants: 21-30 April.
Posting the Case: May 1;
Preparation of written positions: 1-20 May;
Identify the best 8 teams: 20-25 May;
Quarterfinals: 2 June;
Semi-final / final: 3 June;

The processes will be held in the Supreme Court of Georgia.
Project participants will be awarded prizes and bilingual certificates from partners.
